TALL DRESSER IN BLACK – $465.00

This is a c.1940 mahogany tall chest that we finished in our Black. This is a nicely sized dresser; a bit shorter than a traditional tall chest, this bureau features three large drawers and one small top drawer. A touch of elegance can be seen in the columned corners and higher than usual foot.

Measures: 36” wide x 21” deep x 46” high.

We finished this 1930s sideboard our Cottage White and then slightly distressed it to bring out all of the elegant lines and details. This piece features two side cabinets, two center drawers and two silverware drawers, with dividers.

C. 1950 mahogany dresser in our Cottage White.

This is very well constructed piece of furniture, Kindel for Paine and dates from the 1950s. This chest features two small top drawers over three large drawers, fluted columns, lovely vintage pulls and a serpentine front.

Measures: 47” wide x 22 ¼” deep x 35 ¼” high.

PAIR OF NIGHT STANDS IN COTTAGE WHITE -$425.00 – SOLD

These are a pair of late 1940s mahogany nightstands. We finished these tables in our Cottage White. Each stand features a top and bottom drawer and a center cubby space. Additionally each stand comes with a removable piece of glass for the top.

Measures: 18” wide x 15” deep x 28 ¾” high.

Dating from the 1950s this tall chest is finished in our Cottage White. This dresser features six large drawers, a serpentine front, original vintage hardware, and a decorative step-back top.

Measures: 36 ½” wide x 17” deep (18 ½” at the center bow) and 54 ½” high.

What a great piece of furniture this oak 10-drawer chest is. This piece is a bit more contemporary than we usually do, dating from C1980, but we couldn’t pass it by. This is a very well made, quality piece of furniture. We love the solid look and construction of this dresser; yet it still maintains a clean simple form. We finished this piece in our Cottage White. So many possibilities! As a large long dresser, a sideboard or server, for below a flat screen TV. or, in hall or entrance for extra storage, even behind a couch as a sofa table with storage.

LOW CHEST IN NANTUCKET MARSH – $465.00 – SOLD

This c.1940 mahogany low chest is a real charmer. This dresser has 6 drawers, two small top drawers over two long bottom drawers, a slight center bow front, and a curved bottom apron. And we love the oval details on this piece; elongated oval pulls and oval cut-outs at the top of the fluted front legs. The vintage pulls on this bureau feature center ‘pineapple’ design embellishments that add an extra bit of elegance to this classic form. We finished this piece in our Nantucket Marsh and refinished the mahogany top to a rich dark espresso.

GLASS DOOR HUTCH IN TAUPE WITH BOWED FRONT BASE – $1195.00 – SOLD

This is a gorgeous piece of furniture. Dating from the late 1940s, this mahogany cabinet has been finished in our Taupe; a lovely neutral that has the color of coffee ice cream. We then painted just the inside back of the top in our Cottage White to add a bright backdrop for whatever treasures you decide to showcase and finished with a very slight distressing to bring out the elegant lines. This cabinet has all those wonderful details that make it such a quality piece of furniture. The base cabinet is bowed, with a bowed top center drawer and bowed bottom doors, delicate moldings around the doors and drawer and a nice crown molding on top. This cabinet also has removable shelves and a key for locking and opening the top glass doors.

BEAUTIFUL GLASS DOOR CABINET IN NANTUCKET MARSH – $975.00

Perfect for so many decors. This mahogany glass-door cabinet dates from the 1940s and has such a classic yet modern look. It would work well in a French country or Swedish décor or just as well in a country, beach or modern home. It’s the clean lines of this piece that makes it so very versatile.
We finished this cupboard in our very popular Nantucket Marsh, another great neutral that resembles a French Grey, and then very slightly distressed the edges to enhance the great lines of this piece. The lovely details of this hutch include large mullioned doors, removable shelves, locking top and bottom doors, and larger sized crown molding and sweet bracket feet.

Measures: 35” wide x 13” deep x 70 ½” high

VERY DECORATIVE SERVER, TABLE, VANITY – $465.00 – SOLD

It is all in the details and this sweet piece definitely has the details. Originally this piece would have been considered a server or buffet but its wonderful form and size allows it to easily be used almost anywhere. As a server or buffet, a desk or vanity, it would be perfect in an entry or as an occasional table or as a bedside table.

But it is all the extra embellishments that make this piece so lovely. A carved cluster of roses on the backsplash, carvings at the case corners, fluted legs, bead trim on the leg tops, carved edges and a lovely little flame carving on the stretcher.

This table also features one large long drawer. And to set it all off we finished this piece in our Nantucket Marsh.

Measures: 38 ½” wide x 19” deep x 34 ½” high to table top and 40 ½” high to center of backsplash.
